ME ON EXCHANGES!!! Ordered pizza and soda and PÀRTY!!!! |
SOOOOOO
this week was interesting.... so remember how I said I got transferred? Well.... I sort of was transferred. I have been stuck in Porto Alegre for the last week because my visa was having problems and so I had to go to the police station and a bunch of other crappy stuff while my area is 6 hours away.

A cute family in Ala 3! |
BUT I got to go on exchanges this week!! That was way fun. I got to go to my old area, ala 2. My first area. And it was hilarious because all the members were so shocked with my Portuguese because they only got to know me in my first 3 months of missionary service. I also went to visit a few of my old investigators in the area and introduce the elders and sisters that are working there now and a bunch of them accepted!!! Idk if you guys remember Agatha from my first area. SHE IS GOING TO ACCEPT THE MISSIONARIES AGAIN WHOO HOOO!!!!

Me and my new companion! Sister Albino from Peru!!!! SPANISH HERE I COME!!!! |
Another small miracle. So my new comp, Sister Albino, she is AMAZING!!! She literally talks to everyone on the street. So the other day she talked to someone who almost gave her address but then someone called and so she didn’t have time to finish passing her address. She said that she would go to church on Sunday to give it to us. Well... we didn’t think much of it because EVERYONE says that and like NOBODY goes. But this week SHE WENT!!!! This street contact went to church out of nowhere!!! Sister Albino was so excited to tell me about that when we finished the exchanges!! It was a small miracle.
I don’t really have much to say because I kinda just passed the week on exchanges and helping the elders in the mission office.

the blessings of a friend who is AP. I can change my official missionary photo. This is the new one |
I want to invite all of you to read
3 Nephi 11 tonight. This is the best part of the Book of Mormon and it really is one of our unique messages. We have the records of when Jesus Christ visited the people in America. Christs first actions always touch me a lot. When he invited each person to touch his hands and sides and when he prayed for each person. I think it is super special and I LOVE TO STUDY THESE CHAPTERS!!!
Eu amo vocês MUITO!!!! Continue, nunca desista. trabalhe até o pó!!! (I love you so much!!!! Go on, never give up. work to the dust !!)
com amor,
Sister Hammond
