WEEK 48 (11 Months): May 13, 2019 "It's a hard knock life"
Ignore my awful hair but THE FIRST THEATER IN RIO GRANDE DO SUL!!! |
Us and a family of recent converts!!! |
I will just quickly talk about one little miracle that happened.
So I was getting really discouraged with our area and just frustrated because nobody was progressing. So we decided to go knock on doors in a part of the area that the missionaries rarely went to because it is a little distant from the chapel. So we went there and said a very fervent prayer asking for miracles.
So we started knocking. I am pretty sure that EVERY OTHER HOUSE practically invited us in to share a message! (okay I am being a little dramatic but LOTS). We almost never taught so many people in one day!! It was such a huge miracle. We spent the entire day knocking on those 3 streets and it was amazing. I just was so grateful to see so many miracles. I think that is our biggest miracle. Otherwise it was a pretty normal week.
My next companion is AMERICAN!!! Sister Mahoney. She is from Heber Utah so we are just two missionaries from the missionary factory walking around Capão do Leão. (They call Utah the US missionary factory and São Paulo the Brazil missionary factory.)
Me.... and a cow.... why i love cows so much... i don't know |
I love you all! I am sorry that I don't have much to say I didn't have time to plan out interesting things. I love you all so much!!!
This week I want to challenge you guys to read Mosiah 18. I love this chapter. I don't know if I already challenged you guys to read it, but I LOVE IT! It helps us remember our baptismal covenant.
Com amor,
