WEEK 21: November 5, 2018 "O pampa verde ao mar azul" (The green plains to the blue sea)

This is just some rando pic that i like of me with amor and New York.

The Cassino gang

ZONE RIO GRANDE IS THE BEST ZONE EVER!
BEST DISTRICT EVER TAMBEM!
I am sorry but this week I don't have a lot to report on. I got very sick so I spent a lot of time in division with the sisters in our ward. It was pretty discouraging for me. I read the entire self-reliance personal finances book and a good portion of Jesus the Christ and organized all our contacts by area so it will be easier to find them this week!! I drank a good amount of cevada and tried to get better. It was pretty discouraging for me to stay in sick all week. But this week I will magically become better! No need to worry!

The good news is that Sister V Araujo and Sister Mendoza are going to have a baptism this week!!! So I get to help make food and prepare everything for him! So that is going to be awesome. I am stoked. President Souza also came here and gave us the goal of baptizing 100 people in this area so pray for that goal haha. I have faith that we will be able to. In fact I think we will baptize 70,000 people this summer because that is the population of Cassino in the summer. We are going to create the stake "Cassino."

My challenge this week is for you all to read Alma 26. This is the chapter with our mission scripture and whenever I am discouraged here on the mission I always go back to that chapter. It helps me realize what my purpose is on the mission but also as a member of the church and a person on the earth. I love it.

I love all of you and I hope your weeks were amazing!!! Keep working hard, keep praying and FICA FIRME!!!!!

Com amor,
Sister Becca Hammond
